• I have approx 5 more areas to do on the map, not counting some little islands and I'm done.
  
• Once I've finished the map generation we will be cutting the towns in and tweaking as necessary in Dragon.
  
• After that my intention is to release the map to you and to the CED team.  
  
• The CED team will be cleaning up transitions around the cities.
  
• You will be working with me to get in any other statics we want to have on the map, there is no urgency for this.
  

Here is the ultimate goal:

1. 25 forts/castles/manor houses with 2-3 outbuildings and palisade or low stone wall
   
2. Many villages of 4 homes around a well with farm land
   

We have lots of stuff we can take from Grimmwold and some salvageable from Comraich.  After that you'll be free to design new stuff at your leisure.
