Both of my agents who scouted this turn reported seeing troops in the hex or in the 6 hexes surrounding them...  and the prompt I was give in my notifications said I should be able to see them on the dashboard map for the remainder of the turn.

I'm not seeing any other armies but my own on the dashboard, or any of the other maps in the various roles.
