Hello. I think your request for the shapechange does go against the restrictions noted.

Specifically...

Perhaps I'm reading it wrong, but we do have a graphic for this type of character.

Maybe using the word orc is confusing. I'm not thinking UO / LOTR Orc, but rather Warcraft / Warhammer type of orc.

If anything it looks more like what a troll looks like in-game, but human-sized.

Given that all players look the same in their paperdoll and avatar, yet many say they have almost scaly skin, or are 8 feet tall witht he strength of a titan, does it go against rules to pretend his face is not exactly what it looks like there?
