Not sure if this is wishlist or bug really, as it's intentional in the code. BUT.

When you demolish/sell your house, it packs up your items and puts them in your bank box. The exception to this is any deeded items (example: carpets/rugs, secretary desk, stoves, sinks). These get re-deeded and left on the floor to decay.

Given that on the world map, players can be evicted from hexes owned by enemies, and their house may evict them while they're not online to grab the deeds, I think we should pack up deeded items too.

Fixed for next update, addons now deed themselves and go into the town house belongings bag in your bank.
