The dungeon level teleport from 5694 373 11 leads to 5607 30 15, which is just the dark void behind an impassable cavern wall.

I double and triple checked each of the teleporters, I can't replicate it. I was able to walk on all floor tiles at the other location. I guess just let us know if it happens again, with as much detail as possible?

I'm not sure what occurred here. I checked the locations and it seems teleporters were deleted. I am assuming this issue is fixed for now and am closing the thread. Please post again if the same issue arises. Thanks.
