I'm not so sure this is a bug, but Discordance raises much more slowly than any other barding skill. It cannot be used on the same target while it's still effected by discordance and the effect lasts hours so long as the caster stays in range.

I am having the same challenge training discordance, can we check on it trained on Grimmwold?

If there wasn't a better solve from Grimmwold, I don't mind if we allow the use of training any of the following skills on the "dummies"

Discord
Provocation
Anatomy
Forensics
eval int

On grimm, discordance had a time limit equal to skill*2. I've added this in. At 60 discordance, it will last 120 seconds, and then you can use it on the same target again. I'll make a second post about allowing dummies to train the other skills.
