I would like to change the .spec again ...
I'd like to put the 100 back to 100, and not to 120, and then allow players to sacrifice a craft skill to raise a primary over 100.

First Week Benny
Chars will get their .spec skills automatically set to 60 to remove that painful first week new feeling, but this only works for their first week in game.

Spec will now set all your spec'ed skills to 60 (or leave them alone if they're > 60), and will do so for a week after you first use spec. After that week is up, adding new skills to spec sets them to 0 skill.

Confirm that active and passive skill gain excludes skills already at their cap because of the .spec
