Two Modes - In populate & Out of Populated

In populate is not hostile to enemies, but can be triggered by a faction member to attack enemies, or by anyone  attacking it.  Will then attack enemies and combatants.
* 4 hrs

In populated: Gets Trigger, and based on his personality has access to 4-9 mob types that he uses “smartly” to keep player on their toes.  Each personality type uses different mobs to do this.  He should communicate his personality in his dialog.
* 8 hours

Make the mobs for the first personality, duplicate for knight
* 3 hours + 2 hours

RPCSS Stuff
Setting up timers for heal/spawns which is between 3-7 days
Setting up timers to spawn next unit 8-18 hours
Make armies work on 10x numbers
Apply the debut
Track/communicate routing
Messaging system
