Telakh Kort
#1
Discord Id -
    Telakh#4755

Character Name -
  Telakh Kort

Character Race & Sub-Race-
    Human, sub-race Undead/Skeleton

Alternate Graphic
    Skeleton Knight/Bone Knight

Character Description -
One may call him a walking bone pile yet Telakh Kort was once known to be about 6' tall young man in his human life. Now he(it) is a relatively clean skeleton of a man, "dressed" in various armor parts. You can't say how long has it been in such condition as some creepy magic bonds the bones together. It's eyeholes scare off with emptyness as you feel like it is staring at you. It's jaw juts and moves as the skeleton wabbles, rubbing bones play a cacophony of loathing noizes. The entire look of this abomination makes you shake in fear and disgust.

The original idea for this character comes from the Lord Soth story of the Dragonlance series. As Lord Soth became a death knight, his followers became skeleton warriors. So, the character is sort of undead squire.

Character Kingdom -
The Order of Jormungandr. Not sure about the kingdom of the House yet.

Special Role-play Trait-
The undead itself along with the magic that keeps it "alive" scares away any living animal (not sure about the hungry wolfs though). This effect may apply to a non-magical creatures and reqires willpower to resist.Such trait leaves the skeleton warrior without a proper mount.
Bandages and poisons do not make any effect yet the living bones tend to recover themselves slowly in time.
As an undead squire, he is forced to follow and obey his lord not only by his morale but by the terms of the curse that made him undead. Despite being self-sufficient, he follows a number of "Azimov laws":
1. He may not injure his master or, through inaction, allow his master to come to harm.
2. He must obey the orders given it by his master
3. He must protect its own existence
Yet for some cruel intention the curse does not set the laws priority.

Backstory -
As the world, overseen by the Gods, is full of magic, rumours about walking undead told by the locals in taverns do not surprise neither merchants nor travellers, and are not too much popular. Do your best to get to the city walls before dusk, they reply, and you will be safe. Many adventurers and a few young knights went off to the woods with excitement, anxious to bring an end to the lurking evil. Not all of them have returned but people usually do not pay much attention to another daredevil missing.
Years have passed since the curse had raised Telakh from his unfamous death and brougt to this world. For years he had no though how to bring an end to his existance. A great hate to the living brougt death to those who was unlucky to meet him.
Until he had obtained a new aim. A new Lord. A new Order he had made an oath. To bring an end to his existance, and existance of this world.
The Order of Jormungandr.

I am reviewing everyone's RP Traits:

We expect that all characters will come into Sanctuary with a wide range of racial varieties. We expect that you will use existing game mechanics, items, skills, etc to support any racial or personal ability that you want to claim in your RP. However, you may document ONE ability that can not be represented by mechs, and doesn't require visual in-game support to sell. Please keep it to something that lasts the length of the RP session.

The undead itself along with the magic that keeps it "alive" scares away any living animal (not sure about the hungry wolfs though). Such trait leaves the skeleton warrior without a proper mount.
Is it your intention that this "aura of fear" will apply to player characters?  If so, then it will need to have some more limits on how it works, but is otherwise a good RP Trait.

Bandages and poisons do not make any effect yet the living bones tend to recover themselves slowly in time.
This is a fine idea and you can certainly rp it that way, but I'm not sure if it is something we need to approve.  Its just an interesting quirk.

These are not RP Traits, this is just your character's interesting quirk.

This effect may apply to non-magical creatures and will requires some willpower to resist. It is rather not a character-specific feature but a common undead trait. Something similar to dragonfear.

"This effect may apply to non-magical creatures and will requires some willpower to resist."
Okay this is a valid RP Trait then as it meets the requirement.

Not terribly important for me to clarify, but .... it is not a common trait of all undead in Sanctuary, but might have been a trait common to undead in the world your character came from. Because characters can come from a wide variety of other worlds/planes/dimensions, the only common traits are the ones specifically defined on the wiki, all other traits are essential "character traits", if you follow my meaning.

Thank you for explanation. So I'd like to keep it as a character trait.
