As far as I can tell, no reagents are being consumed when casting magery spells. Haven't tested the other systems yet.

This seems to be fixed if the expansion is upgraded to AOS or greater. Not sure why.

I just tested this and they are being used in my testing. I will get with you in Discord, perhaps it has to do with the spellbook issue you found.
