Abandon Hexes

We need the ability to abandon Hexes so that a team can ameba move across the map, as well as the end of turn needs to remove any hexes that get cut off.

We need this ability, as well as to remove cut off hexes.

I tried to set a hex to no faction in the admin panel thinking we could use it as a temporary work around until you get back to working on this FT, but that didn't work either.

So we need either solution.
