Fix Ankh for Chivalry.

It turns out that tithing is only switched on when AOS is enabled. I switched it on anyway to test, and tithing works, but there seem to also be issues with the book of chivalry (now book of devotion). It doesn't have any chivalry spells in it and doesn't show your tithing points. So chivalry in general doesn't seem to be working....

I've got a fix for the spellbooks not showing any spells. Its still not showing your tithing points, but it does show the spells so far. I've tested casting the spells, and they do work, and they do take tithing points, so that does work. With that it sounds like the only remaining issue with Devotion is showing the tithing points in the book

I've checked in a fix for the Tithing Points not showing up in the book. Where does the Ankh stand?
