The new circlets that you can make with tinkering cannot be equipped.  The message that you get is 'Only Elves may use this.'

Oh and it shows up in the tinkering menu multiple times. I suppose its supposed to represent each gem, but it doesn't use gems to craft.

*facepalm* That's what I get for testing on my admin character.

Fixed for next update.
