Regeneration HP, Stam & Mana

Okay, so regeneration was "broken" and when we went to "fix it" we discovered the worst disaster of spaghetti code, so we are redoing it.  Here are our notes:

Default regeneration: (Unmodified by armor or skills)
If you have no skill in focus, camping, or meditation the system assumes you function as if you have 10 points of skill. Please note that camping often has higher base than real due to stats and other skills so you may end up over 10 anyway.

Starting Theories

One, Out of combat regen rates too low! They should be equal to the active regen rate of each skill.

However, in combat regen should suck and:
  • Stamina regen should only come from Focus
  • Mana regen should only come from Meditation (change)
  • Hitpoint regen from camping! (new) 
Two, Out of combat regeneration, rates are equal to the active rates of meditation, focus, and camping.  This means that waiting for the system to figure out that combat is over, is the same as successfully activating the skill.  
  • Meditation is activated as normal.
  • Focus will gain an activation option.
  • Camping active when a campfire is dropped, and then it raises regen rate of all three (stam, hp and mana) in a skill scale AOE. (If the skill isn't actually activated but the system dermines the player is out of combat the hit point regeneration is equal to the hit point regeneration of camping but there is no mana or stamina regen.)
  • Having a skill at 10 or over will replace the corresponding default regeneration.

Camping Skill Regeneration Rates:
  • Gain 5 hps every 10 seconds for every 10 skill when out of combat or actively camping.
  • Gain 2 hps every 10 seconds for every 25 skill when in combat
  • Gives a skill bonus to both your own and others  camping, focus, and meditation when actively camping is equal to (Your camping - their skill + (your camping/1.4)) /2.  (Example Spreadsheet)
Camping GM Bonus
100 campfire also proves a regen increase for a period of time that increases passive regen rates for 5 mins

Focus Skill Regeneration Rates: 
  • Gain 3 stam every 10 seconds for every 10 skill when out of combat or actively focussing.
  • Gain 3 stam every 10 seconds for every 25 skill when in combat
Meditation Skill Regeneration Rates: 
  • Gain 5 mana every 10 seconds for every 10 skill when out of combat or actively meditating.
  • Gain 2 mana every 10 seconds for every 25 skill when in combat
Meditation Skill Reduction
Between 0 base AR and 16 base AR there is a skill point reduction of 1.2 * Base AR point 
Between 17 base AR and 40+ base AR there is a skill point reduction of 2 * Base AR point 

In/Out of Combat Determination
Casting any spell, or performing any combat action will count as "being in combat". Once you are in combat, a timer starts, and if you do not engage in any further combat actions for 5 seconds, you will then be "out of combat". If you do another combat action, the timer is reset back to 5 seconds.

Hunger Status
If your hungry your skill effectiveness will drop by upto 30%.

All the values will scale.  The numbers given are to help players understand more clearly, but there won't be any weird jumps for skill level or time passing. We reserve the right to tweek the hell out of this after we feel it in game play.

I'm a hybrid archery with precision and magery.
Okay so ..... 60 focus and 60 camping are very nice on active regen and what i'd expect on passive, not to fast, not to slow.
