With the new changes to Precision we are going to be making some changes to devotion. Precision steps up and takes the role of heavy damage dealer, while devotion will be dedicated to tanking. Change the DOT to affect mobs only at lower hip points, reducing its overall effectiveness, but increasing its duration and thus increase the chance to kill mobs as they are running away. 

Change divine fury into a shield bash and take away the stamina regain. This ability will require having a shield equipped Further focusing devotion as a tank skill

Any changes planned for enemy of one? For being a tank based idea. It is a HUGE damage boost at 50% dmg. Almost a no brainer for the highest end hunter. To be able to take your 120 dmg hits and turn em into 200 dmg hits is crazy OP. Maybe to make it tanky. enemy of one allows you to take 50% less damage from 1 creature type while  others do more dmg to you.
