I noticed upon purchasing this "magical wizard hat" from the Mage NPC in Evervale It boosted my Intelligence by 5, lowering my strength by 5, as well as my dex by 5. The guys seemed pretty unaware of this and aren't sure if it was intended to be here. Just posting this to let Mith know and don't mind my ignorance if this post isn't relevant I apologize, however I didn't see anything about them in the Wiki.
