Character Description:
Aleksi is a powerfully built man, standing at 6’2 with swarthy skin, dark hair, and blue grey eyes. He appears to be in his mid to late twenties but sometimes looks can be deceiving.
Shard Plot Line:
Hopefully, he will help bring the local Romani/gypsy culture to life. Aleksi has no interest in claiming or running a kingdom or estate. Like the majority of his people, he leads a nomadic existence, going where the wind takes him.
Special Roleplay Trait:
Adept at slight of hand and misdirection.

Backstory:
The light of a summer bonfire cast Aleksi in it’s warm glow as he sat joking with the other young men of the kumpania, sharing mead, and watching the unmarried girls try to catch their eye as they danced around the flames. The Travelers of Sanctuary were similar to his own people, so much so that he was welcomed with open arms when he had arrived nearly ten years prior as a boy of no more than fifteen.
It became more difficult, the longer he was there, to recall his life before. As he tried to picture it now he could only recall flashes of images, the sound of waves crashing against the hull of a ship deafening in his ears. Every now and then, on cool evenings after the others had retired, he would feel a dull aching in his chest. He tried not to dwell on it; the longo drom lead him here for a reason, even if it did not seem to be an especially important one.
