Recall, Gate and Mark
So recall, gate and mark will stay as part of Eval Int: http://www.sanctuaryshard.com/index.php?...telligence and require mana and skill checks.
BUT, you can buy scrolls for recall, gate and mark and it will work without skill or reagents, but still require the mana.
OR, you can buy a runebook, and put runes in it, and it will use charges (aka scrolls) to gate and recall with out skill or reagents, but mana is still required.
