I'm not exactly sure where to post this, or if it's even something that can be done, but I figured it didn't hurt to ask.

Would it be possible to rename or reclass the Romani NPCs so they don't say "So-and-so the G**sy?"

I agree. I've changed all their titles to "Romani" for the next update. The underlying objects for spawning still have the word "Gypsy" in them but their names and titles will show up as Romani.
