Currently there is a 'racial hairstylist' (NPC) that has selections of the hairstyles for different races.  All the available hairstyles need to be consolidated (and not based on race), either via an NPC stylist or a special hair deed.

Nir can you elaborate or give an example of a hairstyle that is available for one race but not another? 

Changing my race doesn't seem to affect what hairstyles I can have. It does, however, affect what color hair I can have. Which will have to be fixed since we don't have Comraich races anymore.

I removed Comraich races and consolidated all hair colors on the hair stylist. Every player should now have every color/style option.
