Noticed that when I disowned a house, the floor covering that was placed didn't go back to my bank box with the rest of the items. It was the only deeded item I had in the building and I hadn't taken it down prior (honestly didn't think about it).

Also had a kitchen stove poof on me when i tried to re-deed it.!

Did you look on the floor when you disowned the house? Deeded items don't go into your inventory, but instead revert to deed forms and drop to the ground.

No. I totally didn't. I noticed it like a day later.
