Could farming crops be adjusted so there is a chance of getting a usable seed from crops that can be planted?

Also if possible can we add the ability to use a shovel to uproot a crop so you can plant another?

I was told that you can uproot the plants while they are still growing, but once they are fully grown it seems you need staff to remove them. 

If there were changes made there would probably need to be a check added to validate the 'owner' of the crop otherwise someone could just tear out plants planted in public spots, like Evervale.

Bumping and seconding this request. The current seed prices are a bit steep if you are wanting to plant a city garden.

I would like to see a shovel be used to uproot both weeds and plants, but otherwise I want to leave the seeds as a gold sink. We already dropped the price on the seeds so its not even a big gold sink.
