The wiki suggests that magic tailoring - speed boots, arcane garb etc will be enabled through the purchase of the magical tailoring book.  However, the book is not available from the Farm Master.  In addition arcane garb can be created (apparently - I was told - by anyone, though I have not seen this) by double clicking on the Gems.

Is this as intended, or should it be enabled as in the wiki only through the book.

Magical tailoring hasn't been implemented as a book skill yet. I'm not sure about allowing anyone to make arcane garb. I will check on that.

We are going to change this to be under the "Magical tailoring" book skill as it was on Grimm.

I'd like to move this up a priority because we had to remove the custom vendors that were selling the speed boots.

Magical tailoring book has been added to the farm master. Players can now make speed footwear.

Only players who have read the magical tailoring book can make arcane garb now.
