I don't imagine it really effects anything else, but I thought it ought to be mentioned somewhere.

I just spent a good 20 minutes trying to figure out how I have a stack of 1845 gold in my bankbox when the current stack limit is 1000.  Apparently when you collect from your vendor, it sends it as gold coin, all in one stack, to your bankbox.

This next update should resolve this ... tho it might show up again once people reach limits of 10k ..

Just tested this with collecting > 10000 gold. Any amount over 5000 gets made into a bank check, so this isn't an issue now that we've raised the stack limit to 10K.
