Just a few tips on the character, though. In the world of Sanctuary, her race might fall somewhere between Aelfeyn (elven) or Muiri, depending on the potency of her dragon heritage. Each have different RPed weaknesses that are put in more detail on the Races page of the wiki. But the story looks good, and she sounds like an interesting character!
