Winter’s Kiss: As a true child of winter, her darker emotions have a way of affecting the atmosphere around her immediate person. Harsh, biting winds can manifest on the warmest summer day, the temperature may drop significantly as if a storm is blowing in, and frost may form across the ground and windowpanes.
This is an excellent example of a trait that can not be represented or supported by game mechanics, approved.
