You are right, the place is full of arches. I went ahead and changed it so in the entrance of the estate after it has been burned and part of statics, you can have someone place a portcullis. I also changed the house so that you could place front doors. Some of your requests here are not build related. The gate for the pen, you can just page/have a staffer place that. We always leave them open when we build because if we burn them to statics before hand they don't work. So doors have to be added after the fact, by staff.
This was not one of my builds, but rather one we edited to make it more suited to our build/statics. Should you want to redo this at a later date as RPCSS, I would be happy to work on it.
