We have to do some skill shuffling do to new information:

1. Make Taste ID into Farming
   
2. Make Item ID into Artistry
   
3. Combine Arms Lore, Taste ID and Item ID into Forensic (including the function of forensics, but disabling any of the imbuing aspects of Item ID for now.)
