Shard Plot Line: She, having made a pact with an Arbiter while in the Sands, has been exiled for breaking the pact to this world, as a Harbinger of the Imperium Saecularia. She must fight to pay the debt of the broken pact.

Backstory: Having grown up in the mean streets of the capitol and taken under the wing of a powerful magi and rogue, Tara has the knowledge and ability to do many things. Sneaking around, gathering information was her forte. After she died she spent many decades in the Sands, too stubborn to move on and unwilling to accept her fate. She would avoid the Arbiters and the one known as the Songmaker, always sticking to the darker corners of that place. She eventually found one she though she could trust and made a pact, a way of escaping, though it was in vain. The pact was broken for unknown reasons to herself, and she found herself upon Summer Isle.
