There are Giant Rats on the spawner at 1213 892 10 (just outside the entrance to the undead area). That spawner is a bit close to town to be spawning anything aggro - especially since they are occasionally spawning in someone's house.
I locked off the rats on the spawner for the moment so they will quit spawning inside house(s), but someone more familiar with spawners (Wormwood? Jael?) needs to take a look and adjust appropriately.
