Found these (what I assume to be) Cogs from the Golems in Mistas.
Using default sanct client of 4.0.11c (patch 0) and default Razor v1.0.14

Note: On another Drop from Golems the name appeared normally on the item (Gears).
So not exactly sure on what the issue is/was with them. Will keep apprised if able to duplicate the error
