When you are crafting with the wide loom shuttle and you fail, you receive the message that "Some of your materials have been lost."
However, ALL of the materials (for example, 300 cloth is used to craft one carpet) are lost, upon checking, every time there is a failure.
I just wanted to jot this down here, it is by no means priority or a major issue! (Makes successes even sweeter, this way, they're more valuable!)
