Two of my characters were attempted to be co-owner by another character to a house they own. The first character, who is co-owned to another house this same character owns, had a message pop up that said that they couldn't be co-owned because they already own a house. The second character does not currently own a building and is not co-owned to any and she got the same message. We tried to transfer the house to her instead (because I can buy a house on her) and it gave the same message.
