It would be great to see some use for the cooking skill, even if it's not "much".  In game questions earlier we wandered to the idea of being fully fed providing a small 'boost' to skill gain; something that is by no means 'necessary', but enough to make it worthwhile eating on occasion.

We are going to add this to the re-write of the regeneration rates since we have to FIX them anyway.
