History and Current Status for Brighwell Estate

Who is the current estate owner - Ignatius, Flame of Brighwell

If the estate has been conquered by another estate - Formerly abandoned, slowly re-fortifying the structure and armed guards.

If the estate has been abandoned - Not currently.

Any situations that affect the estate such as drought or famine - N/A

Any IC laws that are in effect for the estate - Face coverings and/or helmets worn for any extended duration are forbidden.  Weapons are to be sheathed except for training purposes, lest you're looking for a fight.

If the estate owner is on vacation or out of the region for an extended period of time - Currently Ignatius has been reluctant to leave Brighwell keep, even for Emlyn council meetings.

Notable points of interest in the larger estates/cities - N/A, Brighwell is still under construction.

A note to the next owner of Brighwell,

Brighwell does not have any map files at this time, but when it does, if you’d like to RP the fireplace (if it has one) as a living entity, feel free (think Calcifer of How’s Moving Castle), however the name would be Ignatius.  There is also a goblin scout with a black handprint burned to his face, and a blacksmith girl who will speak to flames.  Otherwise, enjoy, and treat her well.  ?
