These don't appear all the time, but I've received them as loot a couple times, now.  Though they share the artwork, these aren't gears, as those show up named properly, and these don't stack with them.  Not sure what they're supposed to be, aside from "not here."

These are pieces for a reward item that doesn't exist. They've been removed as loot drops, though you'll have to trash any that you currently have.
