Character Description - 6'2, Tannish Skin, Black Hair, One Brown eye, One Red Eye. Late 20's looking, actual age is unknown.

Special Role-play Ability - Kayn is the human in which Va'shrun has possessed, there is a constant struggle for control. Va'shrun is a plague demon of whispers, who feeds off of necrocracy and poison, causing Kayn to consume rotten or poisoned things for sustenance. He is unable to die from being poisoned.
Previous World - Village of Tamarath, Human population of 87, quiet folk with one road separating the north and south sides. Low to middle class people which pay homage to a local lord.
Backstory - At birth, Kayn's father and mother had decided it was fitting to present a sacrifice to the God's by offering up their son. The devoted who was to perform the sacrifice was a trickster who practiced necromancy. He convinced the parents to allow their son to accompany as it was his destined path. When the time for the sacrifice came, the man had brought Kayn to a basement where he began to summon the demon of pestilence to consume the boy to increase his power, the demon was angered by the frail sacrifice and instead had consumed the necromancer. Nearing death, the necromancer cut the demon which resulted in a near mortal wound. The demon attached himself to Kayn causing a severe illness which had almost claimed his life. As years went by Va'shrun lay dormant in the back of Kayn's mind - only affecting his emotions and feeling, upon reaching his 18th birthday he had erupted inside his soul, tearing it as consumed his psyche causing immense bouts of insanity as the fight for control escalated until he was stricken in a coma deep in the forest. When he awoke he was unsure of where he was. He walked to find his town but saw Kraestret in its place, he has strong memories but cannot seem to find anything around to attach them to.
Va'shrun was the prince of pestilence, who infected the lands with plague and despair. Before his entrapment it was common for him to sour farms and poison water sources. He often plagued farmers livestock and inflicted disease to the poor to extort loyalty.
Kayn was a hunter, farmer, woodsmen and adapted himself to the forest. He was to wed the butchers daughter upon her reaching adulthood but she had mysteriously died of a disease just prior. Kayn sought refuge in solitary prior to the awakening of Va'shrun.
With every waking moment Kayn must endure the presence of the demon, who went from a simple curse, to severe debilitation and now has resulted desperation for one another. If one side were to leave it would cause death to the other, so the battle over control of the vessel is ever present.
