Errors in Master NPC services offered

Here are a few services that display in the Master NPC's menu that are not supposed to be there.

Master Mage:           Offers 'Recharge Armor Engraving Tool' and is missing Spellweaving.

Weapons Master:     Offers to train Throwing

Spymaster:               Does not offer to train Stealth or Remove Trap (This might be intentional but putting here incase)
