Upon attacking a Meer mage it cast Locust Swarm on my character.. It would not leave my character. I tried dispelling/cure.. I ran back to the Evervale healer constantly healing myself until I finally gave up and died at the healers feet. Locust Swarm is a permanent debuff right now and you have to die to get rid of it.
