Unable to Occupy - NirAntae - 10-29-2019
I have a tile with an army unit in it, adjacent to existing tile - I should be able to occupy it.
It is not showing up yellow, nor does the submit button light up.

Not sure what was causing it before to test fully, but I was able to occupy.
