Accessable Deep-Water Fishing - Tormus - 09-29-2019
As it is right now, boats don't work.
Ideally I'd like boats to become functional, but that might be a difficult task.
While boats aren't working, fishing loses half of its uses that require deep water.
I'd like either boats to work, or for the deep water requirement for fishing to temporarily be removed.
Tormus will throw in 12k towards this.

There should be no reason not to implement boats. Approved
