Mining Reagents + Necromancy (Lyrrin) - Lara - 07-06-2019

Please changed the name and graphic for the necromancy reagents to the following:

Grave Dust rename to Creeping Lichen (Use same graphic hue 1944 - I think)

Nox Crystal  rename to Criminal Bones (Use the graphic for Bone)

Daemon Blood  rename to Devil's Snare (Use the graphic for deadwood 3984)

Batwing  rename to Flesh Eating Moss (use graphic 3964 blood spawn)

Pig Iron  rename to Blood Worms (Use the graphic from Daemon Bones)
  • This should replace all of the necromancy reagents and replace reagent mining as a book skill for Mining.
  • The new book skill is "Viseral  Reaping"
It will need a new tool to kick off the harvesting and should harvest under the following conditions:

Using tool on swamp tiles should spawn red snakes (blood worms) and plague beast (flesh eating moss). Using tool any where a grave stone (static) should spawn skeleton criminals, slime (creeping lichen) and corpsers (devil's snare).  The creatures are not very dangerous, any basic melee skill should kill them, but as the character mines it pulls up the various reagents.

I've got everything renamed and am now working on the actual mining part of it.

Just to clarify, the reagents should be loot on the spawned monsters? Or the monsters just spawn in the area but as long as the person stays in the area, they'll pull up reagents from the ground?

For the tool, can we just use the shovel and have them set it to visceral reap?

Swamp tiles I was able to find in UO Fiddler:
0x3D65 through 0x3EF0 (15717 - 16112)
0x3FF6 (16374)
0x3FFC through 0x3FFF (16380 - 16383)

Can you just confirm I'm looking at the right types of tiles? Big Grin

And graveyard statics are: ECA to EE2
