Spellweaving - Summon Fey Alalithra - Tormus - 09-15-2019
I raised my spellweaving high enough to cast Summon Fey.
While the casting animation is successful, and the casting of it causes skill gain nothing happens.
Worse than that, no further actions are performed by the player until a client restart.
Additional spell casts do not go through.
Fishing is not performed.
Etc.
I think this may be because Summon Fey on vanilla UO is tied to completing a quest and we don't have that quest here.
Is there a way that the quest flag can be set to completed manually?
That might solve this problem.
Also, I suspect that the same bug may be happening with Summon Fiend Nylisstra as well as that also is usually locked behind a quest.
I don't have the scroll for that one so I haven't checked.

Archiving because spell weaving as a whole needs to be fixed.
