Town Crier Timer - Cele - 09-04-2019
Currently the town criers make their announcements approximately every minute (I timed it). Is there any way the timer could be adjusted so they aren't spamming so much?

As far as I've observed, the town criers don't spam at all when they get rumors from RPCSS at all, only when they get stuff added directly by a staffer.
So this needs to be:
1) Spam RPCSS news
2) Spam it all less often.

They haven't been yelling like they were unless you actually ask them for news. Previously, they were just yelling rumors every minute, so for now it seems resolved.
