The bodies are disappearing immediately upon death and even for a newb character is not giving any fame or karma.

If these orc lords were spawned by an orc brute, they will disappear without a body. Unfortunately, they can still be wandering long after the brute has moved on with no indication they're "different."

Yep... in the code orc brutes spawn something that disappears on death.
So the question for Lara is, do we want it to stay that way, or do we want them to spawn actual orcish lords that drop loot?

I think spawning without loot is frustrating, go ahead and have them drop loot
