Abandoning a Hex - Wormwood - 08-22-2019
Just a reminder - that an option will be needed for a coinmaster/leader/whoever to drop a hex, once they reach the max of 10 so that they can claim another one they might need more.

I would like to say that the action to transfer a hex, can be used as the same action to abandon just the way the transfer gold can go to a faction or the bank.
