Plate Bracers - Chester - 08-15-2019
The plate bracers, craftable from the smithing skill located in the platemail menu provides no armor value and hp bonus. All it does do is reduce your dex by 2.

Fixed for next update. Let me know if anything else like this pops up.
Do note that armor effects for the same body part are currently NOT stackable. By which I mean, if you equip both plate arms and plate bracers, only one of them will increase your armor, because they are both considered the "arms" part of your armor.
