Note to self: Some of this is cliloc issues, some of this is tiledata.mul issues.

And some of the clinic updates may be coming with the new client update, so hold on to this as we wait to see if Sic can update the client right away or if we are still months off.

Did a quick test on the new client test shard and the black pearl cliloc is still an error, assuming the others are as well.
