I can see that BOD are disabled so the questions are:
1. Will/should it be enabled?
2. Where to get prospector's tool?
3. Runic hammers and other BOD rewards - yes or no?

No do NOT enable the bods. That was intentionally disabled as I said in Discord.
As I also said, go ahead and put the prospector's tool on the appropriate Master NPC ASSUMING that the AOS elements are removed from the ores. If they are not removed, then please remove the AOS properties from leather and ores, and then put the prospecting tool available for sale.
No to the other runic hammers and BOD rewards.

Prospectors tool added to master metalsmith. I set the price higher (150) than players are currently selling it (50-ish) to incentivize player crafting.
