Long brown hair flows down her shoulders like liquid silk, framing a rather pale, delicate face with sparkling blue eyes. Her clothes a kept simple, fitting for an upper-class peasant. However, she loves to braid flowers in her hair, from time to time, giving her a neat, rather cute and innocent look.. She does not seem to be strong, but her gaze tells of curiosity and wit. Watching her work, will show dedication and skill. She’s a bright nature, mostly having a smile dancing on her lips. ________________________________________________________ Shard Plot Line: One could say an aura or friendliness and peace surrounds her, warm, comforting and innocent. And it’s that innocence, that could give a rather naive impression, sometimes. She hates violence and refuses to wear any weapon besides her spell book. She wants to be a healer not a warrior, curing body, mind and soul. She seeks to support and help others, no matter the kind of living being. However, being cornered, she will reside on her magic to defend herself. She’s quite social, cheerful and joyful, sharing her joy and hope with others, but yet humble and devoted. Religion and family are important to her, while purity, honesty and kindness are her most precious virtues. She wants to be a wife, someday. Normal folk with magic abilities has to hide them or will be annihilated, being sacrificed to strengthen the so-called “Dark Ones”. ________________________________________________________ Background: Melinda lost her family in an assault on her village, opening a portal by accident: the first magical action of her life. It drained all her power and when she woke, she found herself on Summer Isle. She lost all memory of her previous life in the process and gave up on it, as all she knows is, her heart is aching deeply, whenever she tries to remember.
